Term & Renewal

Q: How long is the membership term.
A: Each membership is for a 6-month term, including any renewal periods ("Term").

Q: Can I cancel the membership before the term ends?
A: The membership is non-cancellable prior to the expiration of the Term.

Q: What is the renewal process?
A: Membership will automatically renew unless you notify us at least 30 days before the end of the current Term of your intent not to renew.

Q: When is my membership fee due?
A: The $100 membership fee is due on the day of sign-up and will automatically renew on the 1st day each month.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept credit cards or debit cards. You are required to authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Q: What if my payment method is declined?
A: You must contact us within 5 days to provide a new form of payment. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your membership and forfeiture of all stockpiled credits.

Termination

Q: Can I transfer or refund my membership?
A: Membership is nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Q: What happens if I breach the agreement?
A: We may terminate your membership immediately upon notice for breach or failure to comply with the terms. Any and all unused services and products will be deemed forfeited, and no amount will be refunded to you.
